I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.

I often provide multiple rough pose/composition options to choose from, and reserve the right to adjust and use any unused roughs for future pieces.

Orders are not always completed in the order they are taken. I usually work on one or two bigger pieces at a time, while working on multiple smaller pieces on the side.

Payment is taken upfront, through paypal invoices only.

I do NOT allow my art to be used for NFTs or AI programs.

If I find you have used my art for NFTs or AI programs, your order will be cancelled without refund.

Due to wrist problems, my turnaround times can sometimes be a couple months, but I will provide regular status updates.

Unless requested otherwise, status updates are given once or twice a week. Commissioners are also welcome to check in any time.

Once a rough has been decided on, I will make adjustments until the sketch is approved. After the sketch is finalized, I may add additional charges to any edits requested, depending on how much changing is needed.

A flat colored wip will be provided to ensure colors and markings are correct. Any changes requested after approving the flats may also be subject to charges.

Changes needed due to mistakes on my part, such as forgetting a marking or accessory, will not be charged for as long as the missed details were included in the reference/information provided by the commissioner.

I can provide full refunds for orders I have not started on.

Refunds can be requested up until I have finished the lining process. Depending on how much work has been completed I can refund up to 70% of the commission's price.

If a commission is canceled by me, I will provide a full refund.

Reposting my art is fine so long as credit is given! Links back to my twitter or carrd are appreciated.

Please ask before making + posting any significant changes to my art. If posting edited artwork, please note somewhere what changes were made by you.

Personal use of my art on shirts, stickers, etc is fine.

If you would like art for commercial use (selling merchandise, using as a logo, otherwise profiting off of my art) please inform me upfront. Commercial fees may be added, depending on how you wish to use my art.

Commercial fees also apply to things such as purchasing an adoptable (a pre-designed character) with the intent to use and sell the design as a premade fursuit, or using its design in something like a graphic novel or videogame.

Commercial fees will typically be a one time payment, added on to the base price of the order. The amount charged will vary depending on the order, and will be discussed+agreed upon before the order is started.

Royalties may be part of commercial negotiations if I feel they are justified. (This is unlikely to apply to most orders, but is included on the off chance that someone intends to make huge, continuous profit off of my art.)
